Yoga is Back!
Yoga's back at Rêve! Come unwind with a FREE yoga class this Sunday, April 6, at 3 p.m. in our beautiful sunny studio. Why yoga? It greatly complements all the cycling we do (tight hamstrings and hips, anyone?). It also promotes stress reduction, reduces physical tension, and improves athletic performance -- strength you can use to improve and build upon your indoor cycling rides. Stretching out those muscles is equally as important as building their strength, so come practice with us on Sunday. See you in the studio, and don't forget your mat!
