Pinterest: Pinterest may be best known for its place as a one stop shop for fresh ideas for home decorating and recipes. However, the site also has a ton of motivational sources for fitness. From quotes to fashion, quick clips to workout tips, Pinterest has it all. Check out the Rêve page for starters!
Ted Talks: This series of short, inspiring talks from various experts from around the world focuses on a wide range of topics. This page highlights the best ones for health and wellness.

Instagram is a hotbed for fitness inspiration. From individual athletes to motivational quotes, adding a few follows to your timeline will definitely make you stop scrolling and start moving. We loved tracking the Olympic athletes over the last few weeks, including Allyson Felix, Simone Biles, and Michael Phelps, just for starters.
Podcasts
Rich Roll: Rich Roll is a former lawyer whose personal struggles with addiction led him to seek an outlet. After hitting a particular low, Rich began training for endurance races, and now boasts several ultramarathon and Ironman finishes. On his podcasts, he focuses on wellness, featuring guests who offer unique and refreshing perspectives. This episode with Peloton senior instructor, marathoner, and 100 mile run finisher, Robin Arzón, is a great place to start. (Just a warning, there is some language in here so you might want to throw some headphones on if there are kids around).
Spotify
As you know, we love a great playlist to keep us going. Spotify has a ton of curated playlists to get you fired up and get you out the door! Check out their "Browse" section, which includes "Genre and Moods"--find a playlist that meets your mood. For example, we love the Cardio playlist, which updates weekly and features songs with a driving beat. And of course, be sure to follow us on the official Rêve Spotify page, rêvecyclingstudio! We post some of our favorite playlists from recent classes. Be sure to follow us and subscribe to the playlists of your choice.
What keeps you motivated? We'd love to hear what your go to sources!
