Boot Camp for New and Expecting Moms with Stephanie Beattie
Steph B. is excited to offer our first boot camp for new and expectant moms (and their babies)! A professional trainer with two awesome kids of her own, she is clearly an expert on staying in shape before, during, and after pregnancy. Her class will incorporate full body conditioning using body weight (and baby weight if your child is at least three months old!) exercises with lots of focus on strengthening the hips and core. Participants will lose pregnancy weight and tone key muscle groups to get back into pre-pregnancy shape! Baby still on board? This class will help condition bodies to make labor easier and to bounce back quicker post-pregnancy. Come have fun getting in shape with your little one!
Class will occur on Friday mornings at 11:15 and run for six weeks. Cost is $85 for all six sessions ($16 to walk in) and you can sign up online under the events tab now!
